Logging in to Winbox is more than just opening a page — it's the gateway to your entire gaming world. The moment you're in, you have direct access to your balance, active bets, VIP points, deposit history, and all games — no need to search around.
There are two ways to log in to Winbox. The first is With Mobile Number — simply enter the mobile number you registered with and your password. The second option is With username — your preferred username and password. Both methods are equally secure and equally fast.
Forgot Password No worries. Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page and a reset OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Use it to set a new password — the whole process takes under 3 minutes. You can also contact the Help Centre directly to reset your password.
When logging in on your own device Keep "Remember this device" enabled — your details will be pre-filled the next time you visit the login page. However, never enable this option on a public computer or someone else's phone — and make logging out a habit whenever you're done.
Logging in on the Winbox mobile app is even easier. Once you sign in, the app keeps your session active — no need to re-enter your password every time. You can also add an extra layer of security by locking the app with a PIN or biometrics (fingerprint), so your account stays protected even if you lose your phone.
One important thing: Winbox will never ask for your password via email or SMS. If anyone claiming to be Winbox support asks for your password or OTP, it is a phishing scam — report it immediately. Genuine Winbox support only contacts you through support@winbox.cash and will never ask for your password or card details.
Right after logging in, it's worth heading to your account settings to take care of a few things — confirm your mobile number is correct, make sure 2FA is enabled, and review your active sessions list. If you spot any unfamiliar devices, end those sessions immediately — there's a "Log out of all sessions" option right in your account settings.
If you haven't logged into Winbox for an extended period, your account may become inactive — but your balance is never erased. To reactivate an inactive account, simply follow the standard login process, though an OTP may be required to verify your identity.
